Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Avenida

i would like to make a special mention of Ms Beatrice. I had booked my stay, but due a change in plan i needed an additional day. unfortunately while booking i booked the additional day in another category room - premium studio for a day instead of standard studio. This premium room was in another block a 50 meters away. I spoke to Beatrice and without any hesitation said she would take care of the baggage. She requested us to pack our bags and leave in the room and that she would take care of shifting them to the other apartment. She did so with the help of her staff and are extremely grateful to her. Once you finished the Check-in on location and you have received the code, it was super easy. The cleaning staff on location is super kind. The property is in a perfect loaction to explore the city by foot and Metro.

The location is perfect, a quiet area within walking distance of other neighborhoods. Supermarket Aldi, coffee shops are 3 minutes away from the building, UberXl from the airport is less than €20.

The apartment was incredibly clean, nice and spacious. It was an added bonus that the room gets cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels provided. The superior suite had all the kitchen utensils you would need and a kitchen table /chairs. The outdoor balcony was shared between three other rooms however it was a lovely space to chill in the sun.

Great location, super cleannn, quiet, and private feeling. Loved the spacious bathroom and how clean everything was. The room was very modern. Check-in on the kiosk wasn't working for me but I called using the phone on the kiosk and they assisted right away. The hosts were very responsive whenever I needed help.
